I believe that no matter what you have been through, betrayal, loss, abuse, rejection, or years of carrying pain in silence, your story is not over. And you do not have to walk the road to healing alone.
For more than 30 years, I have walked alongside women through some of life's most painful seasons. Through faith-based coaching, ministry, and mentorship rooted in biblical truth, I guide women who are ready to heal from the inside out and rediscover the life God intended for them.

My approach is rooted in compassion, biblical truth, and Spirit-led guidance. Together, we work through unresolved emotional wounds, rebuild your foundation in faith, and create space for healing, restoration, and renewed purpose.
About Carolyn
Pastor Carolyn Wagner is an ordained minister, author, mentor, conference speaker, and the Founder and President of Matters of the Heart Ministries — a ministry devoted to emotional healing, spiritual growth, and helping women walk in wholeness and freedom through faith.
For 12 years, Carolyn served as a full-time lead chaplain within the Illinois Department of Corrections, where she provided spiritual guidance, counseling, and rehabilitative support to incarcerated women at Decatur Correctional Center. Her work was recognized within both the correctional system and the surrounding community for its impact and compassionate leadership.
To date, Carolyn has had the privilege of ministering to thousands of women through conferences, outreach initiatives, mentorship programs, and faith-based events around the world — a calling she considers one of the greatest honors of her life.
